• Interpretation of vital signs, laboratory values and haemodynamic parameters
• Operation and monitoring of monitoring and ventilation systems
• Care of patients with invasive ventilation and continuous haemodialysis
• Preparation and administration of medication according to competency regulations
• Support during resuscitations and emergency situations in the intensive care unit as well as in-house (ICU and MET team)
• Nursing and care of patients with multi-organ diseases or after major surgeries
• Care and support of relatives in stressful situations

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or Bachelor of Science in Nursing HF
• At least 6 months of professional experience in acute care
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Solid nursing and medical foundational knowledge
• Strong empathy in dealing with people in challenging situations
• Willingness to work in full shift operation
