Tasks

• You ensure high-quality and resource-oriented care and support of clients in their homes
• You bear case responsibility and also perform administrative tasks
• Collaboration with external parties such as relatives, health insurance companies, general practitioners, and others is also part of your responsibilities
• You mainly work early shifts. A maximum of 2 late shifts per month are required
• The workload can be between 50 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nurse HF / FH
• For foreign diplomas, an SRK recognition is necessary
• You also hold a category B driving licence and are mobile
• Do you consider yourself conscientious, communicative, and a team player?
