Your mission:

As Product Manager Lyreco Coffee Solutions, you are jointly responsible for the strategic direction and further development of the Nespresso Professional area as well as the solution business, which additionally includes break solutions in the fields of vending, coffee beans, and water. In this way, you combine customer benefit, innovation, and business impact. Your goal: The creation of coffee solutions that inspire our B2B customers - from the first sip to the perfect service concept.

What you can achieve with us:

• You co-manage the Nespresso Professional product portfolio as well as the entire solution business throughout the entire product lifecycle
• You develop market and product strategies that combine growth, profitability, and brand strength
• You work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, technical, and suppliers
• You successfully lead product launches, relaunches, and optimizations in the market
• You analyze performance, derive measures, and drive continuous improvement

Your qualities and achievements:

• Strategic and analytical mindset combined with hands-on mentality
• Strong business and market understanding, ideally in the B2B, FMCG, or food & beverage environment
• Ability to clearly structure complex topics and convince stakeholders
• Passion for premium products, coffee, and sustainable solutions
• Experience in project and product management as well as confident work with data and insights
• Very good communication skills in German, English, and French
