Your Tasks

• Operating and monitoring coating systems, cable extruders, stranding machines as well as traversing systems
• Providing materials according to parts lists and production specifications
• Setting up the systems according to recipes and production orders including process parameters
• Performing and documenting quality controls as well as attenuation measurements
• Handing over the produced coils to the subsequent process including order documents
• Carrying out periodic maintenance work and cleaning of the systems
• Implementing the 5S methodology and tracking key figures on the shopfloor board

Your Profile

• Basic mechanical training, e.g. as a plastics technologist or machine operator
• Professional experience in operating production equipment
• Technical understanding, careful and independent working style
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system and good German language skills
• Colour vision required; knowledge of 5S or Lean is an advantage
