Team Leader Property Management, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of a team, personnel planning, and ensuring quality
• You are also responsible for managing the property portfolio, consisting of residential and commercial properties, as well as ensuring maintenance
• Furthermore, you advise owners and tenants and negotiate complex contracts
• Managing the facility managers and issuing repair and renovation orders are also part of your responsible tasks
• In addition, you prepare the annual budget including forecasts and control the creditors
• Monitoring the rent policy as well as executing rental contract changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments complete your exciting range of tasks
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a federal diploma as a property manager or real estate trustee (m/f/d)
• You can also demonstrate specialised knowledge in tenancy law and in the construction/marketing sector
• Your mother tongue is German; ideally, you can communicate in other languages as well
• Do you consider yourself a well-organised, socially competent, and empathetic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and a winning demeanour?
