About the job
Plastics Technologist / Setup Operator Greenling Production, On Site
Together with your team colleagues, you work either in day shifts or rotating shifts as needed and ensure the demanding qualitative and quantitative production standards. This includes the following activities:
- Setting up and programming injection molding machines as well as automation systems
- Participation in the entire sampling process and optimization of existing production processes
- Ensuring production quantities and recording operational data (e.g., SPC, MDE)
- Supporting the group leader, especially in onboarding and training employees
- Identifying and reporting deviations and ensuring a stable production process
- Co-responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the equipment
In addition, you participate in projects and work closely with the quality assurance, laboratory, toolmaking, and logistics departments.
- Training as a plastics technologist EFZ or setup operator with many years of experience in injection molding
- Enthusiasm for injection molding and MIM technology as well as precise work in the micro area
- Willingness to work 2-shift operation (including possibility for 3-shift operation)
- Enjoyment in process optimizations and actively shaping improvements
- Good technical understanding and pronounced quality awareness
- Confident handling of common IT systems and applications
- Independent working style as well as teamwork in a cross-departmental environment
