Job description:
In your new role, your missions impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of:
- Caring for unstable adult patients presenting complex pathologies and multiple comorbidities related to medical, surgical, and obstetrical specialties
- Caring for adult patients admitted to the Stroke Unit (certified Neuro-Vascular Unit)
Required profile:
- Experience in acute care services (Medicine, Surgery, Emergency, or Intensive Care) is required
- Strong interest in technical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to maintain/develop skills
- Sharp observation skills and clinical judgment
- Good physical and psychological resilience
- A positive and proactive mindset
- Willingness to work closely with the medical team
Education level:
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing required (or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross)
- EPD certificate in intensive care or CAS in intermediate care would be an asset
