Business Analyst (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Conducting and further developing business analyses at the division level including deriving recommendations for action
- Analysis of financial statements as well as support in planning and budgeting processes
- Gathering and translating requirements from electricity trading, sales and flexibility management into IT solutions (e.g. CRM)
- Building and further developing reporting and dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
- Analysing and optimising business processes as well as supporting their documentation
- Leading and participating in strategic and operational projects
- Supporting risk management as well as evaluating and controlling risks
Your Qualities
- Completed studies in economics, mathematics or engineering – ideally with a quantitative focus
- Sound knowledge in statistics, time series analysis and risk models
- Understanding of energy economic contexts in electricity trading and sales
- Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Python, SQL)
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to prepare complex issues understandably
- High quality standards and the ability to ensure the necessary depth and accuracy even in detailed matters
- High initiative and structured way of working
- Clear, target group-oriented communication and assertiveness
