To strengthen our Epona team, which offers our clients quality services in pet insurance, we are looking for a bilingual German/French Claims Customer Service Manager 80-100% (m/f/x).
Your main tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Handle claims-related tasks on behalf of our insured within specific competencies and processes
- Receive and analyze claims declarations received by mail and enter them into the system
- Analyze and explain statements to customers by email or phone;
- Contact veterinarians to complete claims files;
- Various correspondence in German and French by mail, email, or phone,
- Management of other miscellaneous tasks

Your profile:
- Very good command of computer tools
- Perfect command of German – spoken and written (native German/Swiss German required)
- Good command of French
