Dalibor Popovic

• Dalibor is our veteran. He completed his IT apprenticeship in 2004, back then at Braunvieh Schweiz. Afterwards, he worked for several years as a software developer before starting his IT studies in Horw in 2010. He remained with us part-time during this period as well. Since successfully completing his studies in 2015, he has been permanently employed as a software engineer at Qualitas.
• Dalibor has spent his entire career with our company and has witnessed the entire development from the small IT department at Braunvieh Schweiz to the current Qualitas structure. He was able to expand his area of activity from simple support to the development of complex applications. Today, he mainly works on app development (eBGS, Suissano EBJ) and the coordination and execution of installations. Additionally, he is a Scrum Master.
• Anyone who remains loyal to a company for so long must have a good reason. For Dalibor, it is especially the family-like atmosphere and the flexibility regarding working hours and holidays that he particularly values at Qualitas. But also that the concerns of employees are heard and taken seriously.
• In his free time, Dalibor is often found on the football pitch. He trains and plays for SC Steinhausen in the seniors 30+ team. In addition, he also works as a coach for the youngest juniors (5-6 years old).
• Dalibor is committed to the next generation not only privately but also professionally. He works as an expert for the Office for Vocational Education and evaluates individual IPAs (practical final projects in IT apprenticeships) in this role.
