Tasks

- As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you take on the role of a key contact person.
- You support our chronically mentally impaired residents in shaping and managing everyday life.
- You promote your key persons in a resource- and needs-oriented manner.
- You assist them in activities of daily living (ADL), including basic care, where necessary.
- You contribute your expertise to the specialist group for pedagogy, care, and therapy.
- You help with the further development of social pedagogical concepts and their implementation in practice.

- You have completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF (recognition by SBFI is required for foreign qualifications).
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in psychiatry or social psychiatry.
- You possess social skills, are balanced and empathetic, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
- You are characterized by high commitment, creativity, and very good German skills (at least C1).
- Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
