• You support our chronically mentally impaired residents in shaping and managing everyday life.

• You contribute your expertise to the specialist group for pedagogy, care, and therapy.
• You help with the further development of social pedagogical concepts and their implementation in practice.

• You have completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF (recognition by SBFI is required for foreign qualifications).
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in psychiatry or social psychiatry.
• You possess social skills, are balanced and empathetic, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
• You are characterized by high commitment, creativity, and very good German skills (at least C1).
• Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
