As a public law company, we insure all buildings against fire and elemental damage and are responsible for fire protection and fire departments. With comprehensive insurance for households, businesses, and buildings, we are also successfully competing in the market. Your mission

• Advise instead of instruct: You take care of customers in the private and corporate customer segment with a fine sense for their needs, ensuring they are properly and appropriately insured.
• Find individual solutions: You know our product range like the back of your hand and passionately put together suitable solutions for our customers.
• Update contracts: In the diverse daily business, this is a matter of course that you gladly take on.
• Boost new business: You have a knack for winning new customers. You score points with sympathy and communication skills. And by the way, we love the fresh wind you bring in.

What you bring with you

• Experience and insurance knowledge: You are well-versed in insurance products – especially in the area of property insurance.
• Service orientation and empathy: For you as a customer whisperer, the customer is always at the center, and you know exactly how to take care of them in the best possible way.
• Communication skills: Talking is gold – on the phone and in personal conversations. As a professional, you excel at both.
• German at a professional level: You express everything clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
