About the job

The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services, especially for elderly people, through Spitex and in the five senior centres. For Spitex City of Winterthur we are looking from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement for a nurse HF/FH specialising in psychiatric care.

Your tasks

Assessment and care of mentally ill clients at home
Responsible for the quality and implementation of the care process
Analysing complex care situations and initiating evidence-based interventions
Maintaining interprofessional cooperation within the Spitex care teams
Professional support of employees in psychiatric and gerontopsychiatric matters

Your profile

Qualification as a nurse HF or FH with at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry (inpatient or outpatient)
Very good PC user skills and experience with common IT programmes (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
High self-organisation and personal responsibility, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience (goal-oriented, independent and service-oriented working style)
Very good oral and written German skills
Mobile by bike and in possession of a driving licence
