Your area of responsibility
- Technical information for heat pump systems and accessories
- Support in plant planning including offer creation
- Spare parts management and warranty processing
- Deputy order processing & technical support
- Participation in training for our sales partners and OEM customers
- Occasional travel to customers in Europe (training, customer and trade fair visits with sales consultant)
Your background
- Technical basic education in the field of building technology HVAC or in a related field
- Fluent communication in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Competent, friendly, and courteous demeanor
- Assertiveness
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel
