Floor Supervisor (m/f/d)
The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been repeatedly awarded as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel has 95 luxurious guest rooms and suites, four restaurants, including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc Spa. The extensive garden with a private bathing beach, panoramic boat dock, and marina is complemented by a versatile water sports offer, a water ski and sailing school, as well as boat rentals.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Experience in the same or a comparable position
German and Italian required, any additional language is an advantage
Strong service orientation, organizational talent
Friendly demeanor, politeness towards guests
Well-groomed appearance
📄 YOUR TASKS
Control of cleanliness throughout the hotel (guest areas and back of house areas), the SPA area, and outdoor areas according to the required standards
Inspection and preparation of guest rooms
Ordering/providing cleaning agents
Performing various cleaning tasks during the day
Creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all guests
