Tasks
- Perform identification tasks in goods receipt including recording entries in SAP and distributing to the responsible departments
- Package shipments ready for dispatch, prepare delivery documents, record bookings in SAP
- Assist in coordinating the demand for consumables and packaging materials as well as empties management
- Carry out completeness checks
- Act as deputy within the team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Handle any special tasks that arise
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist with Federal VET Diploma or comparable qualification
- Forklift licence (mandatory)
- Training as a known shipper is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP and Office programmes desirable
- Quick comprehension skills
- Accurate, careful and independent working style
- Helpful team player
