As a complement to our existing training team Mittelland / Western Switzerland, we are looking for a service-oriented and committed individual.

You inspire people, impart knowledge with passion, and want to make an important contribution to safety on construction sites? Then you are exactly right with us.

• You plan, organise and conduct courses for construction machinery, cranes and safety – either with us or directly at our customers' sites.
• You create and update course and examination materials.
• You further develop our training offerings based on market needs and legal requirements.
• You ensure the recognition and quality of our training organisation (including SUVA, K-BMF and Parifonds).
• You maintain exchanges with associations and partners and expand our network.
• You conduct internal training sessions and keep your expertise up to date through further education.
• You monitor the market and support communication about new course offerings.

• Technical basic training or a strong technical understanding
• Federal certificate as a trainer*
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of construction machinery or cranes
• Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
• Enjoyment in teaching as well as a confident and communicative manner
