- provide all customers with legendary service and build a connection with them at the first encounter
- approach all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their needs
- ensure a clean and organised workplace and store
- can work flexibly and are ready to take on many different tasks in the store during each shift
- help train new partners, positively acknowledge their outstanding performance and offer encouraging coaching
