Real Estate Consultant 80-100%
Your tasks
Sale of real estate in the canton of Graubünden
Preparation of market and location analyses
Consulting and support of customers throughout the entire sales process
Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our corporate marketing
Assistance in the preparation of property valuations, support in acquisition
Responsible for the implementation of the defined marketing measures within
the specified budget
Organization and execution of viewings
Ordering of purchase contracts
Recording all activities in the CRM
Your profile
Ideally experience in the real estate sector with demanding clientele
Real estate expertise, commercial training ideally complemented by further education in the real estate industry
Empathetic and communicative nature with a winning, confident appearance
You enjoy contact with people and expanding the existing network of relationships
You are proactive, independent, trustworthy, and work with great commitment and passion
You are proficient in German and have good English skills
Willing to work with internal IT tools (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
Driver's license category B
