What awaits you You are responsible for the expansion, further development, and management of the Claims business unit (approx. 26 FTE) as well as ensuring efficient and smooth handling of operational business (outpatient and inpatient) with a focus on quality, stability, and thus customer satisfaction You continuously develop the areas of service procurement and claims processing, actively participate in upcoming product developments, and are particularly responsible for implementing and complying with regulatory requirements in the area of additional benefits and third-party management As Business Owner Claims, you take responsibility for the technical development and promotion of automation in the inpatient and outpatient areas together with the Product Delivery & Technology department You understand how to take seriously and reconcile the needs of various stakeholders (e.g. sales, insurance technology, product management, customer service) within AXA You put the needs of our customers at the centre, use customer feedback to continuously optimise processes and structures, and always keep an eye on economic and regulatory requirements You empower employees to think and act independently and entrepreneurially You actively develop the culture as a central success factor As a member of the Health Board, you look beyond Claims and actively shape the future of our rapidly growing business field What you bring Academic/university degree with further training in the health insurance environment and many years of professional experience, especially in the area of claims/benefits of a health insurance, as well as in service procurement and additional benefits You have several years of leadership experience and understand how to further develop a diverse team both in terms of content and culture You want to be "hands-on" and part of the implementation and deliberately go into depth on certain topics if the situation requires it You want to actively shape the future and not just manage it – as part of the management team of Switzerland's fastest-growing supplementary insurance You have very good German skills; knowledge of a second national language is a great advantage (especially French) You are empathetic, open, courageous, committed, communicative, and socially competent – a true leader with natural persuasiveness You are an honest and resilient personality who is open to new things and feels comfortable in a young and dynamic environment You like to bring a good dose of humour into everyday work – because laughter connects and strengthens the team What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
