Assistant Gardener 40-100%


Duties:

• You support the specialist staff with general gardening, maintenance, and upkeep tasks on various sites.
  
• You undertake lawn mowing, scarifying, as well as cutting and trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees.
  
• You carry out weeding and planting work in borders, beds, and along paths.
  
• You assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and woody plants and support the application of fertiliser and bark mulch.
  
• You are responsible for the proper removal and disposal of leaves, cuttings, and green waste.
  
• You operate and maintain simple gardening tools and small machines such as trimmers, lawnmowers, or leaf blowers safely and responsibly.
  
• You clean walkways, squares, and outdoor areas and keep the site tidy.
  

• You preferably have some initial experience in gardening and enjoy working outdoors.
• You have an impeccable reputation.
• You are physically fit, resilient, and weatherproof.
• You have good German language skills for smooth communication within the team.
• You are characterised by an independent, punctual, and reliable working style.
• You ideally hold a category B driving licence.
