To complete its team, the Logistics Department is looking for its central warehouse at the Fribourg hospital, a
Logistics Specialist
80-100%
Your mission:
- Preparation and monitoring of orders according to established procedures
- Reception and inspection of material arrivals
- Delivery of material to the HFR sites
- Processing of requests and deliveries
- Daily replenishment of stocks for the various departments
- Advice to internal clients
- Active participation in the development of internal processes
- Supervision of apprentices and participation in inventories
- Proposal of continuous improvement projects for the service
Your profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a logistics specialist with several years of experience
- Category B driving licence mandatory
- Fluency in French with knowledge of German
- Strong skills in stock management and logistics coordination
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, able to solve problems proactively
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in IT tools; knowledge of the Opale ERP would be an asset
- Team spirit, rigour and punctuality
- Curious, autonomous and excellent interpersonal skills
