Your tasks
- You support various management teams in personnel and specialist bottlenecks in a department in Zurich
- You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals/tenant changes
- You are in direct contact with owners, tenants, property managers, craftsmen and authorities
- You ensure property maintenance according to the management contract
- You conduct periodic property inspections and prepare condition assessments with corresponding reports
- You carry out rental contract and rent changes as well as indexed rent adjustments
- You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting the rent structure
Your profile
- You hold a federal specialist certificate as a property manager or have an appropriate further education in the real estate sector
- You bring several years of professional experience as a property management clerk or in a junior role
- Your mother tongue is German and you have very good correspondence skills
- You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively support changes
- You have an independent and reliable working style and bring flexibility
- You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
- You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
