Your Tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility in the department and ensuring a structured nursing routine
- Planning, preparing and accompanying the medical rounds
- Organising and shaping the nursing routine according to the principles of person-centred care
- Appreciative and validating communication when dealing with people with dementia
- Advising, supporting and assisting the assistant staff as well as trainees and students
- Interprofessional collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Role model through professional, responsible conduct and consistent implementation of guidelines
- Interest and enjoyment in caring for and supporting people with dementia as well as willingness for professional development
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care, ideally with people with dementia
- Experience in taking daily responsibility and in guiding the team
- Further training in Palliative Care is an advantage
- High professional and social competence
- Experience with medical technology is an advantage
- Experience with electronic nursing documentation KISIM is an advantage
- Experience with nursing needs assessment RAI-NH is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with people with dementia
- Appreciative and respectful attitude towards people with dementia and their relatives
- Motivation and team spirit

- Good oral and written German skills
