About the job
The Bündner Hospital and Home Association is the industry association of the Bündner health institutions. In the field of outpatient care, the Spitex Conference is committed to the professional development, quality assurance and networking of Spitex organisations.
As of 1 January 2027, we are creating a new Spitex Development Specialist Position and are looking for a structured and proactive individual for this role.
Nursing Expert MScN (40 – 60%)
You can expect a varied and future-oriented role with great scope for creativity and development potential.
Your tasks:
- Professional advice and support for member organisations on nursing and quality-related issues
- Support in the implementation of quality requirements and development topics
- Development of tools, guidelines and model concepts as well as support in their practical implementation
- Initiation and management of projects, processing and coordination of joint development topics
- Leadership of working groups and forums for experience exchange
- Conducting training sessions, workshops and webinars
- Promotion of knowledge transfer and best practices between organisations
- Networking and representation of nursing-related topics to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with experience in Spitex
- Experience in quality development and project work
- Networked and future-oriented thinking
- Italian language skills are an advantage
