Your Challenge
- Professional and personnel management of more than 30 employees (including apprentices and students)
- Responsible for the care process of the two residential areas with up to 40 residents
- Co-design and support of new projects and changes coming to us at GAZK
- Active participation in the nursing management including taking on house responsibilities
- Support and promotion of employees, trainees/students as well as interns
- Willingness to participate in direct care & support, also as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and therapists
- Active participation in specialist and project groups and within the entire organization
Our Desired Profile
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Knowledge in the field of gerontological nursing
- Experience with RAI-NH or interRAI LTCF desirable
- Leadership experience in a comparable position
- Completed further training in leadership or willingness to complete it
- Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, positive and motivating team and leadership person
