The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced seniors. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. • Professional and personnel management of more than 30 employees (including apprentices and students)
• Responsible for the care process of the two residential areas with up to 40 residents
• Co-design and support of new projects and changes coming to us at GAZK
• Active participation in the nursing management including taking on house responsibilities
• Support and promotion of employees, trainees/students as well as interns
• Willingness to participate in direct care & support, also as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and therapists
• Active participation in specialist and project groups and within the entire organization

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Knowledge in the field of gerontological nursing
• Experience with RAI-NH or interRAI LTCF desirable
• Leadership experience in a comparable position
• Completed further training in leadership or willingness to complete it
• Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, positive and motivating team and leadership person

• Versatile, demanding, and meaningful activity within a professional and committed organization
• An experienced team leadership team - open and supportive
