Tasks
- Working in shift patterns
- Deputising for the group leader during absences
- Planning, monitoring and implementing the staff deployment plan
- Order processing in SAP
- Establishing and actively implementing lean management principles
- Ensuring compliance with specifications (weight, line plans, working hours)
Requirements
- Professional qualification as a food technologist advantageous
- Experience in the food industry and ideally in leadership
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
