- Planning and coordination of transports by air, sea, and road
- Preparation and processing of all necessary export documents, such as customs documents and certificates of origin
- Obtaining and comparing quotes from transport companies to calculate freight costs
- Performing general administrative tasks to support daily business operations
- Several years of professional experience in export
- Very good IT user skills in MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Initiative, teamwork, and organisational skills

Responsibilities
