- be the competent contact person for our private customers and advise them comprehensively in the areas of financing, investing and pension provision
- build up and expand your own customer portfolio and actively maintain your network of relationships
- use our products and services according to customer needs
- identify cross- and upselling potentials and refer customers to the appropriate specialist for specific concerns
You bring
- a banking apprenticeship as well as bank-specific further training
- professional experience in the banking sector in the areas of financing, investing and pension provision
- strong communication skills, goal- and service-orientation
- enjoyment of daily customer contact as well as the ability to quickly recognise needs and expectations
- ideally an existing network of relationships and a strong regional anchoring
