Plastics Technologist Setter 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You set up injection moulding machines, unloading robots and post-processing equipment and monitor them

• You ensure smooth and high-quality production

• You carry out sampling, homologations and process optimisations

• You plan and control production orders – keeping deadlines in check, focusing on output

• You lead your colleagues in the injection moulding department, support and assist them

• You document and analyse manufacturing parameters as well as disruptions

What do I need to be successful?

• Essentially a qualification as a Plastics Technologist EFZ with experience in MIM/CIM or solid practical experience as a setter in injection moulding (or comparable role)

• Technical understanding of injection moulding machines, machinery, robots as well as system and process management

• Quality awareness, initiative and the will for continuous improvement

• Willingness to take responsibility and share your knowledge

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00–22:00)

• Very good German skills, spoken and written
