Mediversity is a psychotherapy centre located in the heart of Nyon, founded on an integrative, humanistic and interdisciplinary approach. We welcome children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for various psychotherapeutic follow-ups, adapted to their needs and life paths.

Our team brings together professionals from different disciplines, allowing for comprehensive and quality care. We offer individual, family, couple and group psychotherapies, as well as diagnostic assessments when indicated.

Alongside this general psychotherapy activity, Mediversity has a specialised unit for the assessment and support of people with neurodevelopmental disorders, notably Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), High Intellectual Potential (HIP) and their comorbidities.

As part of the development of our team, we are looking for a psychologist-psychotherapist in training, with a systemic and/or cognitive-behavioural approach.

We are seeking someone wishing to invest in a diverse clinical practice, with a varied patient base, while having the opportunity to develop skills in the field of neurodevelopment.

Main duties of the role

• Provide individual, family, couple and/or group psychotherapeutic follow-ups according to patients’ needs
• Participate in the clinical and diagnostic assessment of patients when indicated
• Lead or co-lead therapeutic groups
• Collaborate with the various professionals of the centre and network partners
• Participate in clinical reflections and team supervisions

Required training and main skills

• Hold a university Master’s degree in psychology and be enrolled in a MAS in psychotherapy
• Demonstrate autonomy, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
• Appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team
• Have an interest in psychotherapy with a diverse patient base
• Experience or interest in neurodevelopmental disorders is an asset
