Your tasks

People spend a lot of time in buildings. By planning and calculating building services systems and installations, building services planners ensure that enclosed spaces have comfortable warmth, fresh air, and running water. You will often work directly on construction sites, where you discuss details with the installation staff, architects, or clients. To ensure smooth installation work, you prepare material lists, place orders, and monitor deadlines. You commission completed systems and check their functionality. Additionally, you create operating instructions and provide guidance on the safe operation of the systems.

• Understanding of abstract relationships
• Precise and careful working style
• Enjoyment of contact and communication skills, e.g. pleasure in teamwork and negotiation skills
