Clerk kjz Winterthur 70%The Office for Youth and Career Counselling of the Education Directorate provides, commissions, manages and coordinates services for child and youth welfare and career counselling. The kjz Winterthur (Child and Youth Welfare Centre) is a polyvalent counselling centre for families, parents, young people, children and toddlers and operates on the basis of the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich.
To complement our administration team, we are looking from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement for a service-oriented, resilient and open personality who is committed to our clients and our organisation.
The varied tasks in the kjz administration include, among other things, asserting financial claims of our clients in dealings with social insurance, health insurance companies, social welfare and other service providers, managing the client database, editing reports, deputising at reception, assisting with events as well as general correspondence.
For this versatile and demanding role, you have a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), several years of professional experience in related sectors and preferably further training as a social insurance clerk or the willingness to complete this. In addition to a flair for numbers and excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, you also bring good MS Office skills. If you appreciate working in a lively organisation, are resilient, flexible and empathetic and enjoy working independently and as part of a team, then you are exactly right with us.
