As a Financial Business Partner for Corporate and Shared departments, your mission is to drive strategic financial planning and performance excellence. Collaborate with business leaders to craft long-term financial strategies and precise annual budgets, delivering actionable insights that propel business growth. Foster a trusted partnership, empowering data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Partnering with business units to develop long-term financial plans and annual budgets
- Analyze and communicate performance, providing actionable insights
- Drive corrective actions to enhance business performance
- Build trust and mutual understanding with business partners
- Enable data-driven decision-making through financial expertise
- Organize and lead financial meetings with key stakeholders
- Degree in economics, certification in CIMA / CMA is a plus
- Experienced in SAP S/4 Hana, SAC and Excel
- Proven expertise in managing project controls and developing comprehensive business cases
- Skilfully manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
- Holistic thinking: You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
- Proficient in English written and orally, good command in French and/or German is a plus
