The Project Management and Business Engineering team in Legal & Compliance and Risk is responsible for implementing strategic, regulatory and technological initiatives focusing on digitalisation, automation and transformation along the entire value chain.

Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the professional and operational management of initiatives in the role of Product Manager according to SAFe
- Responsible for compliance with quality, deadlines, scope and budget requirements
- Preparation of analyses and development of solutions as well as their presentation to specialist and management committees
- Orchestration and coordination of portfolio- and ART-wide FEATURES
- Represent the implementation of portfolio EPICs and the Agile teams in portfolio ceremonies
- Assess together with the Business/IT Portfolio Managers the output as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of the work across the various flight levels and artefacts
- Collaborate with various departments, such as specialist departments, suppliers, IT and legal department
Your Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree, e.g. in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
- At least 5-7 years of experience in agile project management SAFe at a financial service provider
- Proven experience as a project manager and sound knowledge in the Legal & Compliance environment, such as Transaction Monitoring, Money Laundering, Employee Compliance, RegTech, AI use in automation and monitoring etc.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high IT affinity
- Dynamic, engaging and integrative personality with a hands-on mentality
- Convincing communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to switch between strategic altitude and concrete implementation within the Agile teams
- Open-minded and empathetic team player with a healthy dose of ambition and assertiveness
- Very good German and English skills
