Production Employee 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Operating and monitoring modern, automated production systems
• Setting up and programming the production systems according to the manufacturing order
• Ensuring timely and high-quality production
• Conducting quality checks and resolving minor malfunctions
• Contributing to the optimisation of production processes
• Adhering to safety, quality, and process guidelines

Your Profile

• Completed vocational or technical basic training is an advantage or professional experience in production
• Ideally experience with automated production or CNC systems
• Technical understanding and an independent working style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Team-oriented, reliable, and quality-conscious personality
