As a Specialist in Electrical Safety, you support our organization in ensuring the compliant and safe operation of electrical systems. You work closely with internal specialist departments, project teams, and partner companies and play an important role in implementing and further developing our electrical engineering standards.
To strengthen our team in the field of electrical safety, we are looking for an additional specialist who brings in their technical know-how and actively shapes our electrical engineering standards. Among others, we work for one of the most important national telecommunications providers in Switzerland.
Your main tasks:
- You ensure that electrical safety is not only met but sustainably lived
- You are responsible for the quality of electrical inspections in cooperation with partner companies
- You supervise electrical engineering activities as a delegated plant operator and ensure safe operation
- You empower employees through training and anchor the safety concept in everyday work
- You lead projects in the field of electrical safety and further develop standards in technical facility management
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements and relevant standards in the field of electrical safety
Your profile:
- Completed training in the electrical field or a comparable technical basic education
- Further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety, electrical installation and safety expert HFP, or willingness to complete the training(s)
- Several years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally in the environment of electrical safety, plant operation, or inspections
- High sense of responsibility for safe and standards-compliant systems combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
