Trainee in Commercial Apprenticeship Marketing and Administration

We are looking for a trainee in commercial apprenticeship (Marketing and Administration) 100% starting 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.

You are a vocational baccalaureate student, graduate of a business school, or intend to complete the commercial apprenticeship (also via the second-chance education route) and want to start your commercial internship in summer 2026.

• Supporting the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching as well as the Marketing team with administrative tasks
• Assisting in the support of prospective students and current students
• Contributing to marketing, especially updating factsheets and maintaining the website and social media
• Supporting the organisation and execution of events
• Assisting with mail processing and reception duties

• Completed commercial school or equivalent qualification; school leavers (SekA) are also welcome
• Experience with MS Office programmes
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent working style and strong willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and team spirit
