The Missions
- You implement the department's strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives
- You establish work standards and define the priorities of the service’s activities
- You define, maintain and enforce the project management and continuous improvement methodology
- You manage the department’s project portfolio, ensuring project delivery within deadlines, budget, and expected quality levels.
- You promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- You define and maintain packaging standards for internal and external flows.
- You ensure the availability of packaging necessary for operations
- You lead actions aimed at reducing costs and the environmental impact of packaging
- You develop versatility and skills enhancement within the teams
- You set individual and collective objectives
- You conduct performance and development reviews
- You foster a collaborative and results-oriented working environment
- You create work instructions according to ISO 9000 standards
- You coordinate the training of logistics employees and apprentices
Profile
- You have solid experience in team management within the logistics field
- You hold a basic qualification in logistics (CFC), ideally complemented by higher education such as a Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree
- You have professional experience in project management and knowledge of packaging
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as an ERP system
- You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German or English
- You stand out through your leadership, stress resistance, analytical skills, as well as your organised and methodical work, flexibility and ability to work in a team
