In the "Application Development Center" area, high-quality products are developed for the safety and automation of rail traffic. This requires adapting processes to different tasks and optimising tool support. In this role, you also support individual projects as a quality manager and contribute significantly to minimising risks and maximising customer satisfaction.
Your tasks
- You ensure the consistent application of quality management principles in the project and make sure that processes, methods, and results meet the defined quality requirements.
- You ensure that our development processes are optimally tailored to the respective project requirements.
- You provide conceptual support for the migration of requirements management and actively help shape the integration with test management on Polarion.
- As a competent sparring partner, you support project managers and developers in applying best practices, thus contributing to project success.
Your profile
- Completed technical studies (FH / ETH) in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or similar fields
- At least five years of relevant experience in development, quality assurance, and/or testing of (safety-relevant) products
- Further training in quality management and/or process tailoring
- Experience in requirements management; Polarion is an advantage
- Strong team and analytical skills
- Experience in railway technology is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
