• you take over the care and support of patients at home on site

requirements

• you have training as a healthcare specialist (m/f)
• for foreign qualifications, an SRK recognition is necessary
• professional experience in outpatient care is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• a category B driving licence is important
• do you consider yourself well organised, cooperative and flexible?
