Profile
- Completed education and training in process and quality management, business administration, business informatics, or comparable (HF, FH or university)
- Several years of experience in establishing quality and process management tasks
- Experience in operational management of interdisciplinary teams (solution teams)
- Strong communication and mediation skills between management and operational teams
- Structured, analytical, solution-oriented and proactive working style, independence as well as enjoyment in coaching, humor
- High service, customer service, and customer orientation
