You work closely with the Executive Sponsor, the SAG Group markets, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver a user-centered product, establish a scalable charging and pricing model, and transition from an external development setup toward an internal development team.

- Own and manage the pipelines/backlogs for the two legacy DMS systems (maintenance, enhancements, and regulatory/operational needs)
- Define and execute the legacy DMS phase-out plan (incl. migration/cutover approach, decommissioning, and stakeholder communication)
- Ensure business continuity across new and legacy systems by managing dependencies, risks, and rollout sequencing together with markets and IT
- Establish, together with the Executive Sponsor and the Markets, a charging and pricing model for the software
- Collaborate with internal support teams and external development partners
- Lead the transition from an external development team to building and enabling an internal development team (team setup, knowledge transfer, processes, and tooling)
- Plan and drive releases (incl. go-live readiness), ensuring predictable delivery and alignment across markets
- Manage external vendors during the transition (scope, quality, timelines, and knowledge transfer) and support contract/licensing discussions
- Ensure solution compliance (e.g., security, privacy, data retention) in collaboration with IT and relevant governance functions
- Drive change management together with markets (communication, training, rollout support) to maximize adoption in garage operations
- Track and support commercial topics (pricing model, license volumes, and cost drivers) in coordination with the Executive Sponsor and Finance/Controlling
- Involve garage customers to ensure user-centric development
- Monitor KPIs related to product usage and performance
- Document and communicate progress to stakeholders
