Commercial Apprenticeship at SIBIR

During your training, you will work in various departments such as purchasing, internal sales, customer service, marketing, accounting, or the spare parts warehouse. You will prepare offers, process orders, conduct telephone conversations with customers, and support internal processes with modern digital tools.

You will be accompanied by experienced employees who will support you individually and entrust you with responsibility, allowing you to grow step by step into the professional world.

The three-year commercial apprenticeship at SIBIR combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience. You attend vocational school and regularly participate in inter-company courses. Within the company, you will go through several teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and customers.
