Head of Property Management 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the management and further development of the Property Management department as well as active participation in change and digitalisation processes
- Management of the secretariat for the Property Management department and support for the Portfolio Management and Facility Management departments
- Leadership and further development of the gastronomy and event operations in municipally owned properties
- Preparation and review of purchase, sales, building rights and easement contracts as well as processing applications for the use of public land
- Drafting proposals and decision-making documents for the responsible committees and authorities
Your profile
- Qualification as a real estate trustee or degree in the real estate field
- Several years of experience in property and land registry law as well as experience in public administration is an advantage
- Leadership skills and organisational strength for independent management of the Property Management department
- Strong communication skills, empathy and high service orientation
- Confidence in dealing with complex issues in a political environment
- Pragmatism, flexibility, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of creative freedom
