Project Manager Prefabrication 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a Project Manager Prefabrication, you are the central hub between planning, production, and the construction site. You plan and are responsible for demanding prefabrication projects from contract signing to successful implementation.

This is what you will do:

• Planning and design of prefabricated elements using CAD (Bausoft MegaCAD)

• Measuring and technical clarifications directly on site

• Coordination and close collaboration with planners, installers, and internal partners

• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs of your projects

• Processing and tracking of additional and reduced costs

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a sanitary installer or ideally as a building services planner

• Experience in the project environment of building services

• CAD knowledge or enthusiasm to learn it

• Structured, precise, and independent working style

• High sense of responsibility

• Very good oral and written German skills
