About the job
Rüti School is a modern, quality-conscious and innovative school with three school units for 1,400 pupils, who are taught and supported in 70 classes.
At the beginning of the 2024/2025 school year, an adapted educational and care offer was established for a small group of kindergarten children with special educational needs. To support the integration kindergarten, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a
School Assistant approx. 50% (24.25 hours per week)

Your challenges:
- you support the children individually in their development and in achieving the support goals
- you work with various stakeholders (children, parents, specialist advisors)
- you are willing to engage with teaching methods for children with special educational needs
Your profile:
- you are a cooperative personality with social skills, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- trust, respect and appreciation are important values to you
- you enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
- you like working at a multicultural school
- a personality who enjoys engaging in a team and has a positive attitude towards school and teaching development
- professional experience in a similar role is desirable
