About the job

Our team ensures the pharmaceutical supply of Limmattal Hospital and the care centre. We place special emphasis on the various interfaces in the medication process: from the selection of medicines, distribution within the hospital, through the preparation and application process on the wards, to the discharge of patients. Our main goal is to ensure effective, safe and economical medication.
- A versatile role at the interfaces between logistics, production and clinical consultation

This is where you will be involved
- in contributing to pharmaceutical services & logistics and the daily operations of central cytostatic production
- in the supply of medicines and specialist advice for outpatient and discharged hospital patients
- in handling pharmaceutical enquiries and consultations within the framework of interprofessional collaboration with doctors and nursing staff
- in actively shaping a safe, effective and economical medication process
You
- have completed a degree in pharmacy
- have a strong interest in hospital pharmacy and the motivation for the 3-year FPH further training
- possess an independent, structured and precise working style
- have very good IT skills as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities
