For our dedicated team in supported living Nordstrasse in Schaffhausen, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Your tasks
- Needs-oriented support of residents to develop personal resources and achieve their own goals
- Key worker for residents with a mental disability (designing participation processes and monitoring therapeutic measures)
- Accompanying and supporting in various life situations (everyday and crisis situations, leisure activities, social participation)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and triage with legal representatives, relatives, and professionals from the health and social sectors
- Documentation in the client information system
- Proper handling, storage, and dispensing of medication
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified psychiatric nurse HF, social pedagogue HF, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience as well as openness to contribute your life experience
- Confident handling of administrative tasks
- Flexibility for irregular day and weekend shifts (no night and on-call duties)
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
