Customer Service Clerk French (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries by phone and in writing
- Ensuring professional customer service
- Link to internal and external departments
- Handling complaints
- Independent case management
- Recording orders, returns, and credit notes
- Invoice control
- Various monitoring tasks
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training or completed apprenticeship in the service sector
- Confident French skills as well as good German skills in spoken and written form
- High resilience and good communication skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Outgoing and team-oriented personality
- Good PC user skills
- Professional experience in customer contact
- Affinity for the furniture industry
- Technical understanding
- Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
